you can Dance

Filipinos are known as good dancers. even kids at an early age demonstrate a love for dancing. other dance steps emerged and became very popular too like cha-cha,boogie, rumba,samba and hip hop each dance step had dance variations popularized by great dancers as well as movie performers.

Our bodies can be trained to be flexible enough to perform various dance steps. for instance ballet dancing requires special training to enable the dancer to perform gracefully the turns, the splits and the leg lift that usually reach high up over the heads.

They say dancing make people young and healthy choose a partner as well as the kind of music you feel comfortable with to move.
move your body to the beat of the music and focus on how you would express your interpretation of the dance steps.

Dream

People are active individuals. day in and day out their lives are full of spontaneous activities. sometimes even while sleeping they make actions through what we call dreams. it is true that dreaming is a mental activity.
things that happen are kept by our subconscious minds and when we sleep it reactivated by dreams. some are afraid when they dream. there's nothing to worry because it is just on ordinary activity activity of our brain. through dreaming some writers and researchers get inspiration in writing their masterpieces get's what! even cartoon characters are also taken from dreams of the cartoonist and even other people earn money by interpreting other people dreams. the clients provide the exact detail of their dreams and the interpreter tell their client the meaning of their dreams 
dreaming is a mysterious act right! and people enjoy having their dreams, most special when they dream their love ones and crushes.
